Camyr Allyn is a Grand Federation homestead. Charles Boydell settled here and established Camyr Allyn in 1828. This beautiful historic farm situated in the Barrington region of the Hunter Valley with breathtaking views of the Allyn River Valley. Nearby historic towns of Morpeth and Paterson offer art, craft and antique shops with numerous restaurants and cafes on offer.

The unique Australian wildlife includes kangaroos grazing amidst contented Camyr Allyn cattle, platypus in the Allyn River and rich and diverse native bird life.
